As of 10/30/08, KMA is currently recruiting the following classes for a bit of farming content now, but more importantly to level and round out our raid team in the expansion:- 1 warlock
- 1 shadow priest
- 1 holy pally
- 1 resto druid

We believe that every members' performance in a raid affects the enjoyment of the entire raid. Therefore we have adopted a few, simple requirements for members that you should be aware of and be willing to follow. They are as follows:
1. You must have or obtain the following mods prior to your trial:
Ventrilo - It is not necessary that you speak on Vent, but you must be able to hear.
Omen threat meter
Deadly Boss Mods or
Bigwigs
CT Raid or Ora2
If there is a particular reason why you cannot use one or more of these mods, please discuss the situation with the guild officer assigned as your contact.
2. You must app with the spec you will be playing in raids, and you must be highly proficient at that spec during your trial. On rare occasions we will ask members to respec due to class needs (most often for short term). We would expect that you would be willing to entertain a respec if it is necessary due to class shortage at a given time.
3. You must be willing to discuss your performance, and take constructive criticism. You must be willing to work with the appropriate class lead to improve your performance. You must also be willing to assist other members with questions and/or input to improve their performance.
4. You must be willing to come to raids with all necessary pots/flasks/food that may be required for a full night of raiding. If you are asked to flask/pot up, you must be willing to do so. For a night of trialing, you should come with at least 2 appropriate flasks, 20 mana/health pots, appropriate food and weapon oil (if appropriate). You may not use any or all of it, but if you need it, you shouldn't have to "borrow" from members.
5. You must come to all raids at 100% durability.
6. While raiding, you must not afk often, and you must never afk without informing the raid leader.
7. You must have a dependable, adequate internet connection.
